The smallest staff member is 4 feet 9-inches, the tallest is 6 feet 6-inches! However, the YBI team is small enough to make every person accountable and big enough to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in process, purchasing and power. In-house design, advertising, web development, copywriting, social media and much more, YBI has a cluster of clever, crafty and creative people.
